- Line the bottom of a large bowl with paper towels. Add meat mixture. This step is important to soak up the liquid remaining and will make sealing up the rolls much easier. I then place the bowl in the fridge until dough has completely risen.
- Once rolls are ready, place one on a flat plate at a time and punch down and press out flat.Place about a 1/3 cup meat mixture in the middle. Bring up all the sides and give a little twist to seal.
- Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy with ketchup and mustard if desired. I served mine with my beer cheese dip and it was the perfect combo!
